(35) Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? (36) As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. (37) Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through HIM that LOVED us. (38) For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come.
Dear God, I love You!
First and Foremost, I want to give honor unto YOU!!
Lord, the words that is ringing in my soul this morning, as I pray and meditate on your word and your love. As I meditate on this life and all that is going on in my life and around me. Is “Lord, Please Don’t Leave Me Alone”, Lord, we go through so much sometimes that we lose sight of Your Promises of peace, joy, and everlasting life. We forget that Your Son Jesus, has already gave HIS life for our life: that he has paved the way and left us a map here on earth. The map that helps us navigate the road of life, over the hills and around the twists and turns that come upon us. You said we will have eternal life if we keep Your commandments and do Your Will. You have given us this map for this life, to guide us through the adversities we face daily.
You have not given us the spirit of fear, but one of strength and joy: you have armed us, so that we may endure this life and all its hurdles. Lord, I ask at this moment and throughout this day, to not leave me alone: my heart is asking that You hold my hand today and walk with me. I ask in your Son’s Jesus name, that You keep me and remind me of Your Love, cause Lord sometimes, I get weak. Sometimes, I forget that this world is only temporary and that there is a bigger picture in the end of all of this.
Today, Lord, if I fall weak, bring me strength, if I fail to remember Your Love, remind me that its REAL; and if I lose sight of whats to come, bring to my remembrance of how You gave us the greatest gift, YOUR SON!
Lord, as I meditate on Your Word and Love, I ask that you look over us today, that you look over those that are weary at heart; woke up feeling sick or in pain. Look over those that are experiencing loss or who are financially burden, homeless, or hungry. I ask that you take away the feeling of loneliness, anger, anxiety, depression, and fear: that you take these and show thy face, help them Lord see the bigger picture. Help them see that yesterday may have brought them hurdles, but that TODAY IS A NEW DAY. A new day with new opportunities, that your word tells us that “you have engraved us in the palms of your hands and that thy walls are continuously before us (Isaiah 49:16). You are our protection, and you are continuously watching over us and guiding us, if we only Trust in you. Psalm 16:11 says, “Thou will show me the path of life; In they presence is the fullness of joy: At they right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”
Lord, Thank You for all your pleasures in this life, Thank You for Your Love and Mercies, that you give us daily. You chose to awake us this morning and grant us one more day, You chose to give us the opportunity to live this life with joy and peace, by guiding our steps and our walk with you. And even though, one may have awakened in a weaker state of mind, in pain, in agony, or wondering about the next steps; I pray that TODAY, they remember YOUR LOVE. I pray that TODAY, they remember Your Grace and that You had Mercy on us, because we could have died last night.
So, Lord, I as I end this prayer and focus on Your Holy Word, I ask that TODAY, PLEASE LORD DON’T LEAVE ME ALONE, I CAN NOT MAKE IT WITHOUT YOU. I CANNOT GO THROUGH THIS DAY, IF YOU FORESAKE ME, PLEASE DON’T STOP LOVING ME, HUGGING ME, KEEPING AND PROTECTING ME. I LOVE YOU LORD.
