Grateful*I Am Lord to Wait on You

When you learn to LOVE yourself as GOD has, waiting on him is key. Whether its in wanting to be in a relationship or in life in general. When you wait on God’s direction and allow HIM to lead you in ALL you do: then you leave no room for errors.

Now, please, don’t get me wrong, we all make mistakes, as you’ll see as you read a personal experience into my own life (below video). But it is important that we learn the value of being patient and obedient to God’s Will and His Purpose for our lives. And as I embark on this journey to learning me, I have learned that it is these experiences that have made me, smarter and wiser in all that I do. I have learned the importance of praying and waiting on HIS answer for our lives, instead of moving to fast.

He tells us in His Word, that if we follow Him and Obey, the treasures of Heaven will be ours, “HOW SWEET” that’ll be. The Lord is always pleased when we do right by HIM, meaning when we obey His word and simply live righteous and obedient lives and delight in these ways, He is satisfied. And He explained that in Psalms 37: 23-24, “that a “good” man steps are ordered by the Lord, and he will delight in His ways: and although, as I mentioned before, we will may fall/fail at this-at times, He will not put us down, but uphold us by the hands. Therefore, when we wait on God for His directions in our lives, we are doing a good and pleasing thing unto Him. Including waiting on directions even when it comes to marriage: Proverbs 18:22 says, that “when a man finds a wife, he will find a good wife, and obtain favor from the Lord. And with this favor, as Matthew 25:21 explains to us, God will be pleased and show favor toward those who wait on Him. I don’t know about you, but I’m patiently waiting for His direction in my life: in every step I take, I take the time to ask “Lord what is your Will” or “Lord, is this in your Will”? Because I’ve lived that life, without thinking of what may come of my decisions, and well, you see how that turned out, lol. I’m waiting patiently in the midst of all that goes on, to hear these words: “Well done good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things, therefore I will put you in charge of many things: So come and share in your Lord’s happiness.” because any life that I have lived before Christ, left me wanting to die, hurt and in pain.

So, ARE YOU WAITING AND SEEKING GOD’S GUIDANCE?

Wait On the Lord!
