Lord,
As I walk this long road through this journey of life, I ask that You walk with me, talk with me, and guide me in every single step. As you prepare me on this journey known as life, I ask that you give me strength like no other. One that will prepare me for every struggle and every battle, for every war.
And Lord, as I walk this road and travel on this journey- a journey full of obstacles and hurdles, some that I can move around, skip around, walk around: others I have to jump and fly over.
Remind me, that no matter which obstacle comes against me or which hurdle I have to jump, I don’t have to do it alone.
At every corner and in every battle- Lord, give me the strength, keep me encouraged, and prepare me for whatever comes up against me. Because Lord, You walked in flesh and carried the CROSS, the CROSS that is now stained with YOUR BLOOD, the one You were nailed to. With nails that once pierced Your skin and caused You pain.
A pain, that You carried for me-for others, so that as we walk this earth in the flesh, we know, that no pain felt is too great for You. And that no pain felt is ours to carry,
BECAUSE LORD YOU BORE THAT PAIN AND CARRIED IT FOR US.
And as I walk this road on my journey of life, don’t let me forget that the war I’m fighting was ALREADY WON!!
That I ALWAYS remember, Lord, YOU Bore this pain and traveled this road, CARRIED THE CROSS, AND BLEED FOR ME.
SO THAT IN EVERY STEP I TAKE AND EVERY STEP YOU GIVE
THERE IS VICTORY 
AND IN EACH VICTORY THERE’S YOUR LOVE
